ABOUT
St. Peter's is in Bay Shore, Long Island, about 50 miles from New York City ; minutes from the Great South Bay and some of the finest beaches on the Atlantic Ocean . The church grounds are visible from the highway. A bell tower, with carillon, is the focal point. The continuity of brick in the buildings and extensive landscaping make which, was formerly the Thorne family estate, a very attractive setting.
